MEASURING A DOG’S NECK FOR A BESPOKE COLLAR:

The process is as simple as it gets:

1. Wrap a soft measuring tape around your dog’s neck where
   the collar normally lays, and tighten it to the desired fit.

2. Check the number in centimeters and use it when placing your order.
   No need to add or subtract any numbers.

Recommended fit: We recommend a snug but not overly tight fit for comfort and safety.

You should not be able to pull the collar off your dog's head without unfastening. However, some families prefer a looser fit for well-trained dogs.

After we receive correct measurements we will craft the exact size we were provided.

Please do not measure old collars laying flat on table;
To craft our collars we use a precisely sized round mannequin which imitates the dog's neck. That's why we ask you to measure your dog's neck or inner circle of closed existing collar. 
Due to different thickness and stretchiness of materials, different collars may have big variations in size when laying flat but almost identical inner circle size when closed.
